We had a fantastic experience with Nick in the service department. We were traveling to the Tetons and experienced temperature numbers appearing over the temp gauge on our Ford F150. We were towing a travel trailer so we were very concerned we were overheating. Fortunately we were within an hour of the dealership. I've been going to Jackson Hole Ford for 8 or 9 years now. The current Service Advisor is the Best in the Business. He's detail oriented & organized. Not only has he familiarized himself with the vehicles but also listens intently to what services the customer is requesting & pays particular attention to any issues you may need addressed until he fully understands what the customer is trying to say. I’m working in Yellowstone National Park for the summer season. I needed my first oil change on my 23 Explorer ST and the Sync update. Nick (service writer) got me right in and right out in minimal time! Everyone was friendly and welcoming! The shop provided the perfect customer experience!!

I’m on vacation and had an issue with my Ford F250. I was greeted by Nick the service manager. I figured it would be tough to get my truck In during my stay. But Nick got my truck right in the next day. He keep me updated on all of the repairs and got my truck back to me very quickly. YETI (Jackson Hole) FORD “Service Department are EXCEPTIONAL!!!! I want to give a HUGE shout out to Nick, the Service Department and Parts Department Teams!! I was traveling through Jackson Hole on a multi-state RV trip. On short notice - Nick (Service Manager) was able to work me in on a much needed F350 oil change, items on FORD recall as well as a hose replacement! I cannot thank Nick and all the service folks at YETI / Jackson Hole Ford for their “customer first” focus so we would be able to stay on our RV schedule.

We had a great experience at Jackson Hole Ford. We brought our Expedition in to have the brakes checked after they were smoking during the steep descent from the Bighorn mountains while towing our travel trailer. The service manager Nick and the folks there inspected the brake system and test drove our vehicle and reassured us that the brakes were in good condition and made recommendations for how to use the trailer brake controller in a steep descent. On vacation to Grand Tetons/Yellowstone. Leaving Rock Springs this AM, got gas and very early into our journey north, engine started misfiring or something. Thought it might be bad gas. Stopped and added fuel additive. No change. Called Nick at Jackson Hole Ford, explained what was going on and he asked how far out we were? About 45 min. Today I had my 2023 Ford Bronco’s first service completed at Jackson Hole Ford. Nick, my service advisor was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and answered every question I had to my satisfaction. Nick gave detailed explanations. I was kept up to date on the progress and before I knew it Nick informed me that my Bronco was complete and the paperwork ready for my signature. I appreciate his time and effort during my visit. The customer lounge was comfortable and stocked with coffee, water, and tea. I will definitely return to Jackson Hole Ford for future services and repairs.

I called yesterday hoping to get an appointment in the relatively near future and Nick was very accommodating and was able to get me in the next day. The service call was so efficient that I was able to wait for my vehicle. I had an oil change and tire rotation. The whole process took about 45 minutes start to finish and received the car back in perfect condition. Jackson Hole Ford has been amazing to work with! We had an important cross-country road trip coming up for the holidays. Our other truck (not a Ford) broke down on short notice, and wouldn't be repaired in time. So we needed a new truck in a hurry.
